Slow Food Cilento - Paestum
A PAESTUM FOR ALL 2018 CELEBRATES THE YEAR OF FOOD WITH SLOW FOOD CILENTO 2018, as announced by Minister Franceschini, is the year of Italian food and at the Archaeological Park of Paestum from Sunday 28th January 2018, the Taste Workshops start in collaboration with Slow Food Cilento. The workshops will be repeated every fourth Sunday of the month until December and will be dedicated every time to different products: this Sunday's workshop will be "The nuts to conserve the light.
These will be special tastings led by experts in the food and wine sector and Slow Food with the support of artisans and producers, chefs and selectors who will accompany the participants in the discovery of excellent food and wine products. Participants in the workshops will be able to touch, smell and taste through the direct knowledge of products and producers present in the Cilentan territory, as well as stories and tales between ancient and contemporary with the aim of integration between the archaeological site and the other actors. of the territory and the involvement of the youngest in recreational activities to bring them closer to history, archeology and myths through food.
